Promoted by chef Roberto Ruiz, Punto MX is inspired by the flavors of the wide spectrum of Mexican gastronomy, incorporating Spanish raw materials - along with Mexican ingredients from its organic garden in Segovia - and betting on a cosmopolitan aesthetic in its presentations, always from scrupulous respect for the essence of each of its recipes.
Since its inception seven years ago, Punto MX has been opening everyone's eyes to the depth and complexity of Mexican cuisine, moving it away from the cliché and elevating the gastronomic discourse to the top. A bet that has earned Punto MX being the first Mexican restaurant in Europe with a Michelin star.
Each season he develops and presents a new degustation menu with different dishes and presented in a special and exclusive way.
